Do not take this as the absolute, but it is possible that sponsors/advertisers could be paying for the installation of the ECDC/ Student Connect system on the buses,IMO. Please write, if anyone knows that answer. I am responding to your comment on the availability of funding.
We have not yet heard how far the advertiser's /sponsors dollars may extend into the individual district's itemized expenses. I did hear that the advertisers are taking the potential benefits seriously. It does not bother me that I am not seeing SEC ident. of individual advertisers yet, as no one has stated if the SEC requires specific posting of advertisers at this stage , anyway. Lotsa loose ends. I was thinking if a multimillion dollar comp. has 10,000 contracts, they wouldnt all be listed individually on filings, right?
Zero bids are interspersed with active bids and people are still watching from sidelines, it would appear. I appreciate your most recent postings in which you appear to have an open mind regarding where the Student Connect project mat be headed. All I,ve said,IMO.
