Go check the fraud and DD board, Brochstein gets worked over - no one has lost more credibility than Brochstein on these weed tickers - he was all over PHOT and CANN.

I pointed out to Brochstein that out of almost 260 MMJ companies only 10 have been suspended.

I asked Brochstein the following:

Out of the 10 weed tickers suspended which do you think should be allowed to trade again or better removed from the greys?

Is is AEGY that hasn't generated any revenue since 2008, AVNE, SKTO (one of the Robert Hipple shells) or how about CDFT (that had a $3 Billion bond from Brazil)....

There isn't any substance to his petition.
