In no way do I suggest impeding the ability of the SEC to take action (I advocate more action!). I am suggesting that there needs to be a better process when it comes to dealing with the aftermath. One can argue even more extremely: Why are some of these companies allowed to begin trading again? I am most concerned with the potential for a company to be suspended and then kept on the Greys when there is no continuing problem (or perhaps never was). Please look at CANN - it is the closest example I can recommend.
