You are correct. There is no market (yet) for POETF neither is for that other stock I'm holding for more then 7 years now. I can wait more if needed but it is damn hard to predict when this real photonics industry starts. Light instead of electricity, plastic/glass instead of copper. Billions have been spend on this but still no real mass produce prototype in made.
Corning gave away (in partnership?) their electro-optic materials to a small start-up company because they couldn't crack the code to transfer light over material. maybe they could but had inconsistency results. And that is the biggest problem for the industry, imo. Get those same results every time you get the signal over it. Thus the material needs to be 100% perfect. that tuning takes several years now. When that happens POETF can be of a great help and will open a whole new market with billions of dollars! hoera!!
