Nah, the next financial will be the Annual report,10K, which will be out by the end of August; YIPI reported last two quarter reports without using extension, therefore we should expect the 10K without using extension as well.
Right now, we are waiting for a news about a deal with a Fortune 100 company or buyout news imminently.
I assume the F-100 news and the 10K with a good profit prediction - also followed by a profit on 1Q - would make YIPI's PPS like the PlUG type move in this fall, but my hope is the extra ordinary buyout news today :). YIPI
