READ BCAP's update on July 08, 2014:Baron would like to outline the following schedule for bringing the Company back to Current Status with OTCMarkets.
By July 18th the Application will be filed and the fee paid to OTCMarkets.
The Initial Disclosure Statement shall be filed immediately upon approval of the Application.
The Financial Reports beginning with the 2012 Annual Report through the June 2014 Quarterly Report, will be filed as an individual Reports for their respective time period.
Once all the Financials have been filed the Attorney Letter will be filed and the C/E should be removed a few days later and the Company shall be restored to Current Status.
Once all the above has taken place Baron shall issue its first News Release since 2012.
A couple of people posted that they emailed Matt about timeliness and he reported that everything is on schedule.
Are they going to be on time?
The thing to look for by COB Friday July 18th is the Initial Disclosure statement. We won't see a form stating that the filing fee has been paid, but the posting on otcmarkets.com of the Initial Disclosure will tell you its done. Then then following week or so after that will see all the financials posted.
If you're following this board, I'm sure a few people will email / call Matt this week to check on the timeline for the filing of the Initial Disclosure, so it'll be easy to stay abreast of developments.
