When I first bought in last year, I had hoped that Benny was selling shares when the share price was above a $0.15 (15 cents). My concern was that he would sell a few hundred million shares, instead of 100 million or less. I was hoping he would raise $5 to $30 million. Reading the SEC filings, I knew he needed a few million dollars to carry out his free comic plan. This would have immediately diluted shareholders, but the company would have had enough money for it's first year or two, or for the free comics. At greater than $15 million, they could have funded other projects (low budget movies, or animated movies, finished "Magika"). I was disappointed when the first couple of quarterly reports came out, and found out Benny had not sold any shares.

I doubt the share price would have dipped below cash value, and the share structure would not have been close to where REDG is now.

Even at a couple of cents, REDG could have raise, $10 million using far less than a billion shares.

Depending on how much cash they would have raised REDG might still be subpenney or a few pennies a share. The lack of real revenue would still have an affect. I doubt it would have reached triple zeroes.
