#71986 RE: J.T. The DD King #71985

Unfortunately his English skills are lacking.

You posted a bio, however, failed to answer my questions. Secondly, have you vetted his education? Which university did he obtain these doctorates from? He is not listed with Calbar as a counselor, nor is he listed with the California State Dept. of Public Accountancy.

Further, what is a "Securities and Exchange Commission knowledgeable attorney"? Is that an attorney that works for the Securities and Exchange Commission? Is than at attorney that is knowledgeable? It makes zero sense.

In addition, what is a Securities and Exchange Commission qualified CPA? Is that a CPA that the Securities and Exchange Commission "qualified"? Does the SEC "qualify" CPAs? Furthermore, why was it written as "CPA's" and not "CPAs"? Why is there a possessive feature attached?

Who drafts this nonsense? Clearly, qualified and knowledgeable SEC lawyers and CPAs do now draft content so poorly.

Did I ask if his credentials have been vetted yet? What does Woodland Hills have to do with Beverly Hills? Why lie?

On a side bar here, why would the LA County Superior Court use him as an expert witness? Should that not be the LA City Attorney's office? Another oops in a bio? Why is he not in Beverly Hills court? Why Van Nuys or downtown? I though this is Beverly Hills?

Mr. Shively holds a Doctorate in Education as well as a Ph.D. in Corporate Law…

What? Lawyers have J.D.s, not Ph.Ds. Red flag.
