Anyone who makes a move encourages additional liability, including civil and criminal.

Tax loss selling cannot occur at zero. Under IRS code, as long as it trades, one cannot claim it is worthless without a sale transaction.

At .0003, there is not much room left to claim the capital loss.

we get to read the medient response to manu's suit next wednesday. it should help to decide where this might go. the wednesday after is when the judge is supposed to decide. if medient wins this should pop. .0015 would give mdnt a 3.4mil cap which is doable.

they must win or mdnt will be a total loss.

LOL there is a reason Manus preferred shares have a 250 to 1 voting right and if you bought shares knowing this then no reason to complain when shareholders don't get a dime back IMO MDNT
