So we know the WMB bondholders were there, didn't they bring a 10Billion claim against FDIC-R in Federal Court. I know ANICO was suing.

Check out this link, It basically lays out how the FDIC-R would have operated in capacity as receiver for WAMU.

Question: Did the hold co (WMI) own any mortgage trusts that were seized by the receiver when Bair took control of a hold co for the first time in history?
