Good Question.

My guess is that they think it will be commercial because of the 3D and the sonic log. It was fractured stimulated and:

"Management and treating company engineers determined the frac job was successful and now the frac water has to be recovered to determine the natural gas flow rate."

They know there will be a flow rate, but how much?
