Ren, I agree with that regarding precedent. Not sure what they're alleging exactly, but if it's simply faulty connection/service, and they win the case (if there is one), that would be a bad precedent, for any provider and the for the industry.
There must be some disclaimer in service though, don't we think?
I mean, how can a company guarantee and provide 24 hour connection? There will be some outages from time to time. Occasional and rare, but once in a great while nonetheless.
It certainly is strange. Too coincidental. Either they were in an area that couldn't give them coverage, or they didn't pay their bill (or the company screwed that up), and service was cut.
