it is time to move on to other topics... STWA management won't/can't release any information until pilot is done. our pps will drop until STWEA release PR that is related to TC or other market so it is up to shareholder that either get out now and get upset or stay and get upset about it LOL.

That's a good point.

I don't have any ideas about why they are not buying stock. I don't know how it could be a lack of confidence in the company, if the progress we understand to have taken place is true.

That they might not be able to purchase shares within limited periods of time when they're in possession of material nonpublic information is understandable - but the stock has been pretty cheap for a long time. Would be curious about any theories.
