GNCP - Of course Anthony Elgindy claimed to be innocent, and still does. To this day, denies that naked short selling occurs, and if it does, it should happen for an orderly market.
He has even claimed that naked short sellers sell when no one else is interested, and buy when no one else does. Pretty much he has described the way short sellers profit. Sell into buying demand, ahead of any real selling resistance, then artificially create selling demand to collapse the PPS and bid support, then buy to cover when no one else is interested in accumulating.
Funny how he is still allowed to be an informant. For the betterment and integrity of the market, of course.
GNCP is about to show cash flows and we should see a flow of cash from the non-reporting shorts back into the market.
