From what I have seen about him that isn't GNCP promo puff, he appears to be a middlingly successful mining consultant winding down his career. Just the kind of guy who might be willing to front a scam to pump up his retirement accounts. Also, just the kind of guy to throw Lumb and Lowenthal under the bus if the heat got turned up on him.
Where is Blom, anyways? The last couple of puff pieces have come from Lowenthal.
