I agree there was some dilution going on but if you look at the charts and the prs at the time EMJI tanked you can see the owner was trying to stop the bleeding.
I think there was someone with a huge block of shares that decided to move on and it had nothing to do with the companies performance so when the dust settles I expect to make some cash$$$$$$$
