There are quite a few 2 hour free parking lots in BH. Just not one that is near that intersection. Unless one wants to walk down little Santa Monica Blvd. Which is not a bad walk. Im just saying, that is a strange building location. Starbucks is an inconvenient across the street. And any inexpensive restaurants is a walk from there.
When I first moved to LA, I lived in BH, walked from Doheny to Camden every day and back. Without a car, I walked that Golden Triangle every day as I had no where else to go. I got to know the area quite well before I bought a car and moved out of BH. I knew the business owners, restaurant frequent foodies, the people lookers, the scammers, even the homeless.
So for me, when I see a BH address, all the red flags go up for me. Automatic SCAM.
