Looks like the situation here and with KMAG is nearly identical (I believe they were both suspended on the same day). Both CEO's have filed a form 10, but they have been delayed (for a reason yet to be revealed publicly). I honestly believe that we will see the form 10 here as well as with KMAG. Nearly every filing that is submitted to EDGAR will post within seconds. However, with a grey listed company (like MIKP and KMAG), I believe additional review is needed. In my opinion, I believe a large NSS position to be the holdup on both of these stocks. Eventually, whomever is responsible for the NSS issue will have to "pay the piper." The conclusion here (IMVHO) is that the loyal shareholders will eventually see the light at the end of the tunnel that they have been waiting on for some time. The SEC does not always get their way either...just take a look at LPHI and you are just scratching the surface:
