Thanks for your opinion. Your thoughts seem rationale, unbiased and a clear perspective in describing the merits of spending any time with ESFS. I too believe there is an opportunity for products and services that Ecosafe offers. I too am frustrated and think there is a bright future for the products. I too have spoken to Michael and Paul many times over the years. They are still here, selling products to existing customers, occasionally finding a new customer. That is what I know. I also know there are many others that have the same perspective and think there is a future as well.

The opposite of what you say. Going to the management to get a true picture is not possible. Instead go to the first post here and read all the way to the present. You will read statements from all angles, both pro and con. Then you can follow some of the links provided. Once you do all that, you will realize that this is a P&D. Management, past and present, took a good idea and developed the scam around it. It has been almost ten years since the first post was made here and almost twenty since this company came into being (visit NASDAQ and see full chart). There has been changes in business model, et cetera throughout this company's history, and the current model has been around for nearly ten years and produced nothing positive. In fact, the company has deteriorated, failed to provide audited financials in recent years, diluted considerably, changed management in very questionable fashion and provided PRs that turned out to be untrue. Don't be fooled by this well-constructed scam. All well-constructed scams have a functioning business. These functioning business are there to try to fool the investor that does not do detailed DD. Don't be one of those to fall for it.
