My Eco Safe OPINION----relying on anonymous posters on message boards for DD is an invitation for disappointment.If anyone would have specific questions about the company---probably best to go to the company.EVERY company I have spoken with over the decades has been fairly open with information (never confidential)---and it has always been my perogative to believe what I choose.Eco is still a small company in a developing industry---they have a product and technology that works.I HAVE PERSONALLY SEEN SEVERAL ECO SAFE OZONE UNITS---INSTALLED,OPERATING AND DOING WHAT THEY ARE DESIGNED TO DO---AND---THEIR CUSTOMERS LOVE THEM !!They also have not crossed over from fledgling (yes after too many years) to contender.A lack of news and numbers has not been a comfort to anyone---but it has also been the cause of several nonsensical conclusions--doubting Eco Safes standing as a legitimate concern---and there has never been the single example of un-ethical behavior---only silly name calling.Is Eco a real business with a real product that works ? of course----silly to claim otherwise.Are they setting an example on how to tell their story ? of course not-----hopefully that changes.But to those who use the oft quoted "Im not gonna call the company for answers"----guess you either whine and make noise--or you wait.
