It wasn't me but here is what I remember:

First, yes the latest Opsis run was delayed by Opsis and you can confirm that on their their website, the wafers won't be ready till September.

Second, the IMEC wafers should be already in their hands as per the end of year letter (I think KC posted a quote from the letter)
