no brokers can trade . . . there must be an instrument to allow the company to clear short sales, or maybe private person to person certs are exempt? . . . i'm pretty sure their is a "friends and family" type vehicle in BK, insider status only . . . bottom line is if your shares are held in a broker account, they cannot be traded . . .

it means that private transactions can occur. technically, folks still hold shares in a private company. they are not likely worth anything but they can still be privately traded. if anyone wants to study a similair situation. sior voluntarily submitted to revocation 02/27/13.
