I agree with you Darth. That point has been kind of "swept under the rug" by the naysayers and I've not heard any kind of good explanation for why SA and JS did that. You can't just go lend a young company money and then go out immediately and badmouth the company and carry on a campaign to disrupt the business in hopes of killing it off and taking it yourself. It is well-known that judges and juries come down hard on practices like that.
