You would probably be better off just waiting for them to file again. They have skipped q's before only to catch up later. They even released a pr not too long ago. Last year they filed an annual report on July 17th. Maybe they do it again. Due to their unreliability in filing I doubt this sees fair value anytime soon but when they do file on occasion this is so undervalued it could create trading opportunities and if they ever become more reliable it could be a home run.
I don't know why companies like this have so little regard for shareholders that they can't be bothered to do the normal tasks required but they exist. Insiders own a lot so maybe some day they do the right thing.
