No news. No filings. No call back either. The only way to get timely news and an audited balance sheet from New Frontier is to force-register them with the SEC. I have more than enough shares to spare- but I'm going to need time, cooperation, and SSNs from 500 people who will promise to hold their gifted shares in physical certificate form until New Frontier is once again SEC compliant. Might need a lock-up agreement, might need to file a group Form 13. It's a lot of work, and for absolutely no promise of any payoff (excepting the modest $200 before commissions, pre-tax that one might hope to get in selling one's gifted thousand shares at something like book value), but I've seen it done before. So I suppose I'm offering to give away $10,000, more or less; and it will cost me a bare minimum of $2500 in certificate/ship fees. More depending on my own SEC costs, whether New Frontier challenges re-registering in court, and so on. It is somewhere between the right thing to do, and the only thing to do.
