The Pre-Market quote is meaningless! The real important fact is: MCII has been forming the higher low supports after every rally! From 0.0005 to 0.0007, then from 0.0007 to 0.0008, then from 0.0008 to 0.0011, then from 0.0011 to 0.0012, then from 0.0012 to 0.0013, now very likely from the previous support 0.0013 to the new one at 0.0015 or 0.0014!
