The first day of trading is key, not really the starting price. The problem is that some traders release earlier than others so some will be stuck while others dump.
To other people posting here, there is absolutely no way of selling this as a positive and I would be completely in shock if we are getting good news soon because why would they have done this? If we were moving in the right direction with good news on production, the r/s would have been unnecessary.
On a second thought of PEIID we really may be ok with this turd. PEIID isn't giving up...otherwise they would filed for bk but they didn't. They believe in it.
Are you picking that up from the last time they r/s? I'm not seeing anything stating a current value of 0.12 and it wouldn't yet anyway until the r/s completes.
