I disagree with you -RS was a must as they got too much shares issued as they were paying using shares so they issued them so many. Now RS will lift pps up and PEEID will get s1 for 10 mil dollars to use it for production. I was once with stock on RS and had to wait two weeks to trade it and I came out with no lost money. Peii may be the same...plus production which news will be released soon...who knows maybe even tomorrow... Anyway RS is the best thing that could happen to Peii as we were stuck...now at least we move hopefully up.
