The lawsuit is a problem. If CBAI losses, they probably will be done. also, another problem is that only one executive hold shares in CBAI, the president holds none. Which doesn't show much confidence. They definitely need better P/R and a Seasoned CEO that can get the company expanding ( sales are about the same for the last 4 quarters. The company is operating on their own cash , and are in a good field, and yet the price of the stock is sub penny.
