I think the recent congressional scrutiny gives Jenkins the perfect political cover to reverse the lower levels of FDA. Will he take it? I have no idea, but this is the guy that Amarin wanted to appeal to back in November.

There is no public safety reason to deny people Vascepa, and that is what the company is stating. The FDA over-stepped it's bounds, and hopefully Jenkins will rule our way.

If not then we fight for 1st amendment rights, and wait for Reduce-It. The recent news has me excited for Reduce-IT either way.
