I think it still has some potential. Problem now for investors is share structure. For company I know other people who have spoke and dealt with Serge share my thoughts. Good guy, buy scattered and can 't stay focused.
Badly needs a business mind. Window is closing. Out government working hard everyday get away from fossil fuels. Also believe China has seen DV, and they are notorious for " reverse engineering".
Serge good guy just burned in past and doesn't 't have business mind. Why people have left Steve B. Rodrigues, and others.
Real shame, this thing could of been real nice. Ok now I will set back and be attacked. Just wanted to be real for those who shoot straight. Some on here need to be a little honest who they are and motive.
