Unpatented Claims refer to Publicly owned lands adminstered by Bureau of Land Management
The mineral right can be leased by companies or individuals generally in 20.3 Acre parcels
The Annual Fee for these Mining claims are $135
The Fees are diue by September 1 each year with no grace period for payment
The Parcels must be properly marked and then an application must be submitted to the BLM
Patented Claims refer to privately owned land
Often Patented Claims are leased for the mineral rights for a % of the Mining production
In the case of SFMI most of the Claims are Unpatented and there is no History of the Suspected,Infered or
Proven Reserves
The Pooorman Lode claim complex was heavily worked in the past and is on the Silver side (south) of War Eagle Mountain
The remaining reserves are Undetermined and it is not known if the Cost of Rehab would make mining it profitable
As I have posted in the Past GHDC urchased 29.167% of Poorman from Bill Martens in 2007

The Cumeberland and Louisiana Patented Claims are owned by SFMI purchased from Robert Courigan
I ahve never seen or found any historic assays form either
Several Patented Claim on the North and Upper Part of WEM are NOT CONTROLLED by SFMI
They include the Afterthought Claim owned by Mickey Burger with a permited Mill site associated with it
Oro Fino vein Complex owned by Margaret Kippax and Two neices
The War eagle Vein Claim controlled by Estate Atorney Bartle Gorman
War eagle Vein has a vague and secretive history but appears to have very high grades of Gold from
the little available data
The Red jacket claim is controiolled by Joe Leonard
This is an Unpatenteed BLM lode claim and has been drilled
But again NONE of these are controlled by SFMI
All four can be mined 4 months per yaer from the surface once the snow on WEM has meleted
However there could be access to these 4 if you have Control of the Sinker Tunell
year round by mining up
The Sinker would have a value if the Owner of Sinker Claim had the rights to these 4 Claims
The Sinker itself is not a Claim
Actually the openeing of the Sinker can be accessed by Controlling the 5 parcels laeding to Sinker opening
T Date SFMI has not drilled or produced ANY Assay Reports on anything
They have not proven they can mine any of these claims at a profit
SFMI has spent years talking about drilling and Assays
They have claime dthat MSHA delayed Drilling Permits
In fact MSHA does noti issue Drilling Parmits
Any mining Company that does not have MSHA Violaytion Issues can Drill in the Sinker itself
All that is needed is an Approved Mining Safety Plan by MSHA
And a Certified Trained Mining crew to do so
As a amtter of fact Ron Jacobsen at Idaho MSHA can verify that while SFMI was claiming they were awaiting permits
MSHA actually Approved the SFMI mining Safety Plan on 03/23/2010
SFMI recently sold an 18,000 gallon Fuel truck at Pickett Auction in Idaho
When it was reported
SFMI claimed they never used the Truck
The Truck was purchased to transport deisel to teh Generator at Sinker
The reason it was never used was because SFMI nver did the work promised at Sinker even thiugh they had approval from MSHA
