If I remember correctly there were 12 of them, in total, most stationed on the border with mexico, one in key west and one in P.R. The program was slashed with sequestration and now all that is left are the two in the news recently over the DC area. They were re-purposed for advanced incoming missile detection as well as other government purposes.
