Just like the $145K issue which I am sure was not broached in this private conversation. Someone asked why aren't convertibles over yet. I guess we know why now.
We know what we know thru due diligence. Its required in penny stocks. Dont ask others to do the DD for you. IMO,If an investment is made in a penny stock than the person making that investment should complete the due diligence before placing that investment.
