To which is bein made available on the board here upon request.

That becomes insider info or if not. Surely gives the impression of being such.

The CEO better clear this up SOON. If what he said was false. That could get interestng as well if its true in what has been conveyed. But either way true or false. IF it can't be published here at this time. Then it should not be coming from the CEO to anybody except in a PR. If it is to be held in confidence by somebody outide the company at this time by who knows whats coming. Then it appears as Insider Info.
