You can by a thousand of them for the cost of a one BIB.

Not to mention all the real ones not available to the public.

Agree 100% on the electronic warfare Cold War. China has stolen so much more than than the general public knows. Bib is a platform but one that will help in the electronic warfare field on site. Think Syria reactor strike radar jamming without having to send in stealth drones.
