How about calling one of the neighbors in the Tampa office or Calling one of the verified businesses and ask them if they are happy and if it's working for them?

RCC
Find out the name of the building management company while youre there. Info is usually in the lobby area on the tenant directory board or on the front doors. Also see if any permits are posted in the suite or in the lobby. If you really want to dig, you can go to the county offices and see if SEEKS was issued their CO. When I called the county offices weeks ago I was told they were going through their final inspections.

best idea, find leasing agent for the building...call them.
say youre VERY VERY VERY interested
in renting out the area ,,,,SEEK has right now.

tell them it is a
PERFECT space/location for your new company.

they will say,,,((I HOPE))
sorry, but according to our records
..that it is already rented...

you ask them flat-out....///////
HOW LONG HAS THEIR LEASE BEEN SIGNED FOR???
find that out. the answer will speak volumes.
