Find out the name of the building management company while youre there. Info is usually in the lobby area on the tenant directory board or on the front doors. Also see if any permits are posted in the suite or in the lobby. If you really want to dig, you can go to the county offices and see if SEEKS was issued their CO. When I called the county offices weeks ago I was told they were going through their final inspections.
