Joel, I thought I was losing my mind? I was clicking on Matt's response and getting some other posters comments. I finally figured it out. Evidently Matt must have respoded to ONCE who I have on ignore so I can't see the response to ONCE.

jmspaesq, I agree with you 100%, I also invested in IMM, IMMC, IDC and finally in IDCC - back over 11 years ago this was a very risky situation and private placements with incentives was the only way this company could stay in business. This was a LEGIT way of raising money - if it was not legit there would no SEC REPORT!!! I do not understand why this would be any kind of issue 7-12 years later?? I guess some people are always looking for a conspiricy!!! Jim, don't let them get to you, you are doing a great job. Hrbart

joel...the warrants were offered to everybody at that time [pitch black darkness]...you had to subscribe to them...few did!!
