Joe...ARGC...Yes...in my opinion, based on a couple of things, I beleive the merger with Driving Concepts will happen.
1. Davy Jones...the President/CEO said they are still working on it and anticipate it still happening, they just need to iron out some financial details. He said there will be news out BEFORE the merger news. I got the impression that news will happen this week or next. This will be news about other things they have been working on. He said the merger should happen "soon" but not by the end of this month.
2. I have tried to contact CEO's of companys many times when duing my DD...I have NEVER had one try so many times to get in touch with me. It was odd how many times this guy called & tried to reach me... on my cell, at my home, during business hours & after. When we finally connected, I realized after about 10 min. on the phone that Mr. Jones thought I was a shareholder in Driving Concepts NOT ARGC...He explained to me that most of Driving Concept Shareholders are Friends/Family of the owner. If the merger was not going to take place, why would he care so much about keeping a Driving concepts shareholder happy.
So there is my looooong answer! And at this price it seems like a GREAT time to get in or add more!

ARGC...Just got off phone with President/CEO...
Merger with Driving Concepts "Will not happen by end of month"...They want to make sure the "financing is in place before they announce anything"...However, is still in the works.."May even happen in the next few weeks"...But, there will be "other news out FIRST" regarding some "other things we have in the works"...ARGC is mostly interested in the teenage driving side of Driving Concepts...They can "see this as something that can be applied all over the US"...ARGC would like to "take this to the next level"...
