By "partner with Google", I can only assume you mean they've obtained a Google Play license. NanoTech however, has never made that claim, and if they had obtained such a license, they would have trumpeted that in their last PR. They don't have that license, and even if they did, it'd still be a tad silly to refer to them and Google as "partners".
