You're correct, but goog has something to do with Ntek, which was my point as well.
Else why the 272 and counting posts about ntek 'partnering' with goog.

Plus again, most of your links are about development projects with the open source packages. Commercial use is down the line beyond most of that. Ntek isn't developing anything with any groups it looks like. Just using source code for commercial profit.

Or is that just another smoke screen added by d.f.?
