First NASV has never been a Shell! Second JD is a wholly owned subsidiary of NASV, which means their Corporate structure is still intact doing business as usual under NASV's Corporate guidance. JD is still responsible for their debts, not NASV so I do not know where you are trying to go with this. You make no sense!
The debt has been paid down to $10mm and from the last Press Release they stated they are addressing extinguishment of that debt so an additional $4mm can be dropped to the bottom line.
