Leigh, I made no point of yours, period.

Do the debt owners know if they have a new issuer? At the time, and it may still not be complete, the debt owners were transferring the notes to a different seller, which was and maybe still is a shell company.

Also, an operating company merging with a shell company is classified and treated with different tax consequences.

I think I am over your head on this.

So lets stick to this, do the $15 million debt holders know they have a different seller of that contractual debt?
