Because the insiders convinced some of the shareholders there was going to ANOTHER merger and they were also anticipating all of the great news from the financials - where they were making millions from Pharmajanes. LMAO!!!

Now everyone knows that Pharmajanes is nothing but a website that was created for pumping - they didn't sell anything....
