insighter, you would be right...

if this were a normal company, it is not. You may not have understood the history of WSGI when you bought in. You may have gotten caught up in what you heard about the company, as did I, lesson learned. Runandadd is right, shame on us for not realizing what we were getting into.

You are right about one thing however, and I would be interested in runandadd's take...

The sale of LTAS just doesn't pass the smell test.

This company has managed to stay alive, floundering for many years with next to no cash, revenue or sales. And then as soon as they get an actual product with a couple of sales, it is shuffled off to a few buddies for next to nothing.

That's just not right, I don't care what shape the company is in.

Only one of two things could have happened and neither of them is good...

Either the company really was days away from throwing in the towel or shareholders were sold down the river.

The buck should stop with us shareholders who don't sell. I don't want to keep repeating myself, but the CEO is not the problem
