Correction, but the distrust is from the 1) total lack of transparency of the sale, and 2) for the pittance that was the sale price, considering that inflection points had been achieved with sales and nie completions, and many demos to interested parties had happened. We had a few viable products that were featured and discussed very favorably by potential customers in independently written articles. The fault was not in that we had no viable products but in the strategy of putting all the eggs in one military basket for too long, and having a CEO and sales person that were unable or inept to close sales. Last year, quite a few units were sold, but this first half of the year, I have suspicions that the CEO was busy getting wined and dined by the new owners of DRNE rather than drumming up business where he needed to IMO. It is telling when the only real sales came from Phipps and Trident who are part time, and not Dan or Glenn, despite the high costs incurred by these two. Speaks volumes IMO.

GTC products are real, and ramp up is here or coming soon. It is reselling minutes, services and devices. I would challenge anyone who says that those are not real viable products. I think those people can be rightly sued by the company.

I do however feel that the accounting practices of this company need to be clearer and cleaned up to show GTC sales in a much clearer light since it is now our main engine of revenue.

I mentioned debt restatements, profitability (positive cash flows) and share buy back as needed milestones and goals for the company to achieve in order for share price to head in the right direction (up).
