Your point on the R/S makes sense. I would think that the technology would have to be complete first though. Otherwise share price would fall again as it did last time and dilution would continue to pay for operating expenses. What would your opinion be on the timing of a R/S given the new rule? Thx on advance. I'm not familiar with the new rule.
