Nope. That's the facts. When you submit to Edgar it shows up almost immediately. I'll give Duncan Reid the benefit of the doubt and say that he said they were submitted before he actually submitted them and did it after 5:30 EST and assume that they will be showing up on Monday morning.

All of this is based on what Reid said on Twitter/Facebook, so he is indeed speaking for himself

why would it be total bs? if he filed it before 5:30 on Friday, it would already be posted on EDGAR. if he filed it after 5:30, it will show up on EDGAR early on Monday morning.

that's the way it works. if it hasn't shown up already and doesn't show up on EDGAR early Monday, that means it wasn't filed. it's really that simple.

all this created intrigue of "what is taking place behind the scenes" is funny. he either filed or he didn't. and he should be able to say whether he did or he didn't. he kept shareholders hanging for a week without a word and then came out with more double-speak.

it's not "speulation" that he didn't file the Form 10 on Friday before 5:30. all of the evidence needed to make that statement is readily available - there is no KMAG Form 10 on EDGAR.

I wasn't sure how I wanted to use my ''one for the day'', but after having taken about an hour and a half to read these two books, I decided that the best thing that I could do, is to encourage others to do so, also, for they are BOTH, VERY GOOD & INFORMATIVE POSTS, just like Museman so strongly concurs!
