Reid doesn't need to use "submitted" or "completed all the steps" and "queue" and the similar obfuscating language if he's actually filed. all he has to tweet is that the Form 10 was filed on Friday after 5:30 and will be available on EDGAR on Monday. that would solve all of the mystery.
